1. Exchange and Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products. A 360-degree opening video of the package is mandatory to process any request.

a. Return / Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

b. Conditions for Return

Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
Free from damage or stains
Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

c. Return / Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at oneminutebazaar@gmail.com with the following details:

Order ID
Clear reason for return or exchange
360-degree opening video of the package

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

d. Refunds / Exchange

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the exchange will be processed accordingly. Refunds are not applicable unless explicitly stated.

2. No Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances other than those mentioned in Clause 1.
