Delivery Duration:
Depending on your location, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to reach your doorstep.

Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love what you wear. Please review our policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.

1. Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanges or returns are accepted only in case of product defect or damage. A 360-degree opening video of the package is mandatory for verification.

a. Return / Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your package. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

b. Conditions for Return

The item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
Free from stains or damage
Returned with original tags and packaging intact

c. Return / Exchange Process

Reason for return or exchange
360-degree opening video of the package

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

d. Refunds / Exchange

Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed. Refunds are not applicable unless explicitly mentioned.

2. No Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances other than those mentioned in Clause 1.
